We offer a wide variety of "Deliciously Healthy Meals" so you don't have to spend hours meal prepping during your busy week. Our nutrient packed menu rotates weekly so that you don't get tired of eating healthy on a consistent basis. Our carefully selected entrees' are of the highest quality, with no preservatives. For both individuals and families!
Convenient Ordering:
The average Prepared Nutrition client eats 2-3 meals per day, M-F (10-15 per week). Orders must be submitted no later than Monday evening for the following week. We offer Delivery for the Dallas and DFW areas. Monday 9am - 6pm.
*All orders must be paid for in advance (at the time of purchase) so that we can have your meals ready for delivery.
Heating Instructions:
Each meal comes fully cooked and individually packaged.
Option 1: Remove lid & place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
Option 2: Remove lid & place in the microwave for just 2-3 minutes

*Larnell’s catering Meals-2-Go provides custom meals to fit your busy lifestyle. We offer a fresh variety of gourmet products, halal proteins and fresh fruits & veggies. Feel free to look at our menu selections to customize your meals or have one of our highly qualified chef’s to help you with your selections. Prices range from 6.25 – 17.00 per meal. Seafood prices may vary depending on local market and season.
